Today I had a frightening experience in school.

Two of my friends came up to me during break, and told me that my History Teacher was calling me. Their faces were grave, their voices stern, and i started to quiver. It seemed link a two kilometer long journey to the Staff Room, although it was only a hundred metres or so...I kept wondering what I had done wrong!

Imaging my surprise when I found that I had been called to receive my History Test Paper only, and whats more, I had got full marks in it!! Furthermore, I was the ONLY student in the class to have done so!

HURRAH!! YIPPEE!!

I recently signed up for Pay Per Post (just three weeks ago, as a matter of fact). I joined up because a) I have seen countless blogs sign up for it, b)I have seen the same very countless blogs earn countless amounts of cash and c) i want to get some of that countless amount of cash too!!!!! (By the way, has anybody noticed my recent addiction to the word "Countless"??)
Anyway, I signed up for it, and accepted my blog in two days. So far, I've done two posts, but I've been so happy with these guys already!! For one, their service is incredibly fast. I made a slight error in the second post, and they immediately shor off an e-mail telling me to correct it, which I immediately corrected and shot off one back to them replying to them that I had corrected the mistake, and then I sat back and relaxed and watched as they took just two more days to approve the post, and DONE! I'm getting paid in another few days, and shall be a few dollars richer (WOW!!) That means, for all practical purposes that I will be able to eat several more icecreams a week, and add to my already considerable bulk! ;-)

Another thing is that they use Paypal, which is fast and secure. However, I fell that they should introduce payment by check, as this will open PayPerPost o THOUSANDS of new publishers as well as customers - I for one, would have joined months ago if the cheque system had been available. Furthermore, they people are trul delightful - very helpful, very sincere, and well... very nice (I couldn't think of a nicer way to describe them :-D )

Anyway, a short para ON payperpost:
Payperpost is used as a method of posting ads on blogs. They have their own payperpost labs, which helps them develop them better and faster services (which i can literally see evolving :) )

Thirteen things I didn't like in my holiday homework: (this includes disasters)

1.Having a cleanliness drive session in our society. (apparently all the children in our society had been given this task-BOOHOOHOO)

2.Writing a 1-month-report on the weather of Delhi.

3.Going to my grandma and squeezing out tales of the past. (I had to endure seeing souveni

ors sh had kept)

4.Go outside and pick up rocks from the surrounding to see which type they were (some people thought I was a road-cleaner)

5.Taking interview of the vegetable man

6. Teaching my servants daughter how to write (she claimed she had studied till 8the class )

7. Writing my daily diet for one week (it isn't exactly BALANCED)

8. Making a jigsaw puzzle out of a world map (i'll have to give all the credit to my brother)

9. The school instructed us to read James Herriot- I bought a heavy book which (not surprisingly) fell on my little toe and now I can see close ups of the rainbow.

10. We were told to find out information about global warming in three subjects and I compiled the information for all three in one folder. (I don't know about the results)

I CAN'T THINK OF MORE!! :-(

Hi people!!!
Today my brother was going for his class at about 9:20. As he had slept very little at night, and was tired of waiting for the car and conveniently went into the room and started snoring. I, who was playing basketball outside, didn't have any idea. The car came honking outside and I went in to call him. I called out several times but only grunts and snores replied to my shouts. Suddenly a horrible thought struck me. I went into his room. HE was sleeping !!! I took hold of his leg and pulled. He woke up with a start. It was useless shouting in his ear. He was apparently looking for his test paper under the pillow. At last when his friend came him and gave him a good hard slap (I never thought of that) did he wake up and go !!!

Hi people!!!
Today my brother got an electric shock. The people living on the first floor were having whitewashing.Buckets of water spalshed down upon our roof and passers by unthe the roof. Today my father made the helperboy go up and clean the roof. the helperboy (who's as stupid as a donkey) pushed the shot circuited wire down. My brother was just passing below the roof. His hand caught the wire. Nobody had noticed anything. Suddenly I realised that he had become very stiff, rigid and did not move. A horrible thought struck me. I took a wooden stick and caught hold of his shirt and pulled. His body immediately became relaxed.His hand is still blue as ink from the after efect. It was quite a shock for us !!!

Here are thirteen things I did in my Summer Holidays:

1.Tried to trouble my brother( unsuccessfully BOOHOOHOO !!!)

2.I read loads of books

3.Went out to a nearby park and did Nature Photography (im putting all of those in
my WW)

4.I TRIED to do my holiday homework (i assure you its quite ghastly)

5.I started a new blog (maybe i shouldve put this first :) )

6.I went for basaketball training in school (result : brother calling me unwashed because of tanning :D )

7.I poured a whole bottle of shampoo into a water bucket and then took one hour bathing (the results can't be described)

8.I stuffed grass into my brother's mouth while he was sleeping (I know that sounds evil but i was just paying back)

9.One day I watched 8 movies one after the other- quite a coincidence !!! (i called this the movie day)

10.I learnt all the states of India and Pakistan (its quite tough)

11. I tried to be artistic and started drawingflamboyant pictures (wildly unsuccessful)
12. I decided to be less artistic and started drawing pics of everyday scenes - MUCH more successful
13. I did (almost all) of my Holiday Homework

Today was the last day of the basketball summer camp. At first we were delighted to hear ma'am when she announced that there was going to be no warmup today but only a tow and a half long match. Only then did we realize that warmup was MUCH more favourable !!!

Well, This Is My First Ever Thursday Thirteen (Please Don't Mind The Capital Beginning Of Each Word, But I'm Just Too Excited, And This Is My Way Of Expressing My Excitement HEE HEE HEE)

Well, HERE GOES: (OK, back to normal now!)

Thirteen of The NAUGHTIEST, practically EVILLIST (I know the spelling's all wrong) things I've ever done:

By the way: I did these INTENTIONALLY!

1. Put salt instead of sugar into my brother's tea (you should have heard the yells that emanated!)

2. Put sugar onto the radishes before putting them onto his plate (now that was like putting the fat from the frying pan into the fire)

3. I received a little water rose on my birthday - when you squeezed the stem, water spurted out of its centre. Well, I used it with GREAT effect on all of my cousins :)

The next three got to be known as THE GREAT COFFEE INCIDENT:

4. I put cooking powder into instead of coffee

5. I put salt instead of sugar (I know thats an old one)

6. I put a lump of butter into each (it looked like vanilla ice-cream)

7. I laughed my head off at everyone's expressions after they tasted it (You see, the net visual result was most remarkably like cold coffee)

8. I put grass into my cousin's open mouth while he was snoring

9. While polishing my brother's shoes, I polished the underside as well, so wherever he went, big black footprints followed him.

10. Once I polished my elder sister's shoes with her face cream - I still giggle when I think of that little episode

11. I sewed up the same sister's coat sleeve from the inside - It made her wonder if she had grown an extra arm or two

12. I've done this one several times - smearing butter on my brother's spectacles

13. I filled my sister's umbrella with insects - so that when she wold open it, she would get the shock of her lifetime - she's yet to open it - I WISH IT WOULD RAIN SOON!!!

Anyway, HAPPY TT EVERYONE!

Today I was woken up by a heavenly smell of Spanish Omelette. I went down to find my father taking out a dish of some type from the oven. At first I thought that it was a apple pie of some sort but after smelling it I changed my mind. After eating it I was in Dreamland. Later I vowed to eat it every Sunday. Ah yes! I forgot to tell you about the movie today. Today I saw Star Wars- The Attack Of The Clones. It was a BLAST.I hope everyday of my holidays would be as good!!!!!!!!

TELL ME WHY. Today I took out the old fat book containing Tell Me Whys. After banging the oily, dusty covers of the book, I opened it with an air if disgust, as tiny fragments of dust scattered all over me. But as I turned the pages of the book, I got more and more interested and I wouldn't budge when my brother came in calling me for badminton. Everyone in the house was surprised at my behaviour that made me facinated in the book :-o I decided that now I would pay more attention to these type of things.

Folding Trousers

Today an argument between my mother and brother puffed up. My brother had to go somewhere and he was grumbling bacause his trouser kept coming under his foot and tripping him. He sat down to fold them. But my mother popped up from somewhere and told him to leave it as it was for it was looking very nice. My brother told her to choose between fashion or tearing the trousers. The prompt answer was - "Fold them up a bit so that it won't be seen but don't tear them." In this way mom did at last get her way!!!

Hi friends!
Today I was woken up by my mother shouting in my ear, "tel malish-tel malish" (hair massage). I couldn't refuse- she already had the bottle over my face. She put loads of oil singing out aloud and making me stink to glory.On top of that, she suddenly got this idea of me getting pimples and started putting great big blobs of a gooey cream that made my look like a Kathakali dancer(except that my face was pink).She seriously made me look like a joker today!

Hi people!

Today mom and dad had gone out to work. Our innovative minds searched for a surprise to give them. At last we decided to make fruit cubes. First we made some lemonade and added some rooh -afza (i know it sounds horrible but its quite nice) then we added a bit of diluted frooty and put it in ice trays. LO BEHOLD!!! In an hour they were ready and when mom and dad arrived we served them with hot cookies. It was a success

Good morning people
But I can't fing any excuse to call it a good one. Mom DID find out about the cake. In the morning I was woken up by my brother, who was very sad. He confused me even more by saying, "I got to know why mothers are called cats". I went to the kitchen, and found mom peeling off the cover of a very mournful-looking cake.I could only emit an "eeeoouu"!!! Mom had just peeled off the bottom layer and a gooey substance had flowed out into the sink. I was feeling quite vomitish. After asking her how she had got to know about it, she answered that she had SMELT it. I understood my brother's words.
The cake was a FALIURE.

Hallo, friends!!!
Mom and dad had gone to the mart after dinner. It was 8:00pm. My imaginative brother got this horrendous idea of making a cake. It sounded quite incredible to me, but he was more confident than he had been for his boards. We started making the cake. First of all my brother instructed me to take out the recipe book from mom's cupboard. I went to it and found that key not in the lock. We searched all over the house but didn't find the key. We flopped down onto the bed, all hope lost. Suddenly my brother gave a yell. I almost jumped out of my skin. He slowly put his hand into his pockets. I was hoping that I wouldn't see what I thought. But it was. My brother took out the cupboard key from his pocket. After a few yells (which were me giving him wacks) we resumed our so-called baking. My brother broke the eggs,etc.(the smelly job) and I mixed the flour with the cocoa (the easy job). We finished up, with me spilling half the cake mixture onto the floor. After 1/4 the cake was baked, my brother gave a blood-curdling shriek. I asked him what had happened. Very reluctently, he answered me. We hadn't put in the suger. He actually sounded CALM. I was flabbergasted. We had forgotten to put the suger! How very stupid! We took out the cake. The poor thing looked like something horrible. We took out the suger and started mixing it with the half-cooked cake. It was 9:00pm now. the kitchen was all messy. We cleaned up everything. Mom would surely not open the oven at 9:30pm. We went to our beds, disgruntled. We had to face tomorrow.

As I told you all before I am going for basketball training in school. Today ma'am gave us a nasty warning that reduced our enthusiasm to play the match (at first but later we played even harder) She told us that as this was the first time all of us were doing such vigorous excersice and as soon as the camp finished we would stopp the excercise, we would become couch potatoes. So for the maych we played even harder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi people!!!
Today I had a basketball coaching camp in school. OOOOOF!!!! It was tough. First of all ma'am made us jog 4 rounds of the football court and then the great horror- Warming Up. After the water break we did dribbling and the layout practice. We started a match. Class 8 had their P.E.. Ma'am told them to have a match with us. They were extremely scornful. i scored 3 baskets and the other three by my friends. we won. The score was unbelievable.
